Update your systems so customers can choose their shoppers. Until then, I will choose to not use Shipt.

I live in Arlington/Lakeland TN the delivery driver whose name is Destiny lied like she delivered my order to my house. I have cameras all around my house and I just so happen to be home all day on Sunday 01-17-21 (the day the delivery was supposed to take place). First, an email popped up on my phone telling me that my order was on its way to be delivered to my house. Then, about 15 minutes later While I happened to be looking out the window looking directly onto my street (which is a culdesac), I received an email saying that my order was just delivered! I immediately called Shipt to find out what was going on because no one had been to my house! The representative put me on hold to call the driver. After a few minutes the representative came back to the line and told me that the driver said she left my package at the front door. I told the representative that I’d been home all day and the delivery driver did not show up or leave a package at my front, back, or side door! I was put on hold again. The representative came back and asked if I live in a brick home...I said yes but no one had delivered anything to my house. I was put on hold for a third time only for the rep to come back and tell me exactly which house I live in and how my house is the second house on the street and how my neighbors (you can look that up on google) have a pool! The way she described my house was 100% accurate, but the problem was she never delivered any package! I informed the representative that not only was I home all day. I have cameras literally all around my house to confirm that the driver never showed up at my house at all. I was put on hold for the fourth time. The rep came back to the line and told me that the driver whose name was Destiny said that she’d actually left my package at the wrong house (hmm). The rep told me that Destiny said she’d gotten too far away from my house to turn around and get my package that she’d allegedly left at the wrong house. The rep asked if it was ok to give Destiny my contact number (of course I said yes) so that Destiny could call me when she was on her way. After waiting for about an hour I called back. The rep called Destiny on the other line to ask if she was heading my way yet to remove my package that she allegedly left at one of my neighbors houses, and actually deliver it to my house. The rep came back to the line to inform me that Destiny had said that I would have to wait until she finished all of her other deliveries before she could make it back to my area. Needless to say ....”Destiny” the delivery driver never showed up! Today is 1-19-21 still no word or delivery from Destiny the shipt driver!

No communication

The only communication that I got for my shipt shopper was that he was going to the store to start my order! Never let me know when he was on his way never let me know when my groceries were delivered absolutely no other contact other than he was going to the store!

The last couple of times the shoppers…

The last couple of times the shoppers have done an awesome job!!!! To bad Meijers is so understocked!!! Hopefully, this improves!

The service is a great help to me

The service is a great help to me! There have been few snafus but remediation is quick and fair! The only real problem I have is that they make it hard to choose a number of products I buy frequently! Also they won’t pick up prescriptions ready at Publix while they are shopping for me at Publix!

usually delivery is good But ask them…

usually delivery is good But ask them not pile grocery in front of door . You can not open door the door open out knock grocery and I almost fell please ask them put grocery to side of door and knock

For some reason you put my account in…

For some reason you put my account in "inactive" status and all of a sudden I was unable to order again. My payments went through every single time - there was no reason for this - no one got back to me as to why my account was "inactive" - very disappointed!

Next to impossible to reach Customer Service at Shipt. In addition, TARGET is the parent company of Shipt --- so each one keeps telling you that you have to call the other. R I D I C U L O U S

Very difficult in my experience. They claim 24/7 support, but I waited and waited and waited on live chat until I finally gave up, and they didn't answer my email until the next day when it was too late, and I'd had to guess and take a chance when I needed to have a question answered urgently.
